What are the standard delivery times for UK orders?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer a Next Working Day service for orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
How do I know which refill size fits my organiser?
Filofax organisers come in several standard sizes: Pocket, Personal, A5, and A4. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on your product's page to ensure you select the matching refill size.
Can I return a personalised or embossed item?
Unfortunately, items that have been customised with initials or bespoke embossing cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be faulty.

How do I care for my leather Filofax organiser?
To maintain the quality of your leather organiser, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. We recommend using a specialized leather cream occasionally to keep the material supple.
