We want you to be delighted with your Filofax purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your planners or accessories in their original presentation boxes and outer shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your postage receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
